Instructions For Registration

Appointment can be made by any of the following methods:

  1. On-site
  2. Telephone
  3. Online
  4. By the doctor at an earlier outpatient appointment
  5. On discharge from the hospital
  6. Auto-registration machine

Note:

  • Please register for Pediatrics if the patient is under 18 years old.
  • If you are coming for the first time, you may make an appointment by the online, telephone or on-site. However you must still go to the Registration desk to complete procedures before going to the clinic.

On–Site Registration Hours

  • Taipei Branch

Morning clinic: 07:30-11:30, Dentistry until 11:00
Afternoon clinic: until 16:00, Dentistry until 15:30
Evening clinic: until 20:00,Dentistry until 19:30

  • Tamsui Branch

Morning clinic: 08:00-11:30, Dentistry until 11:00
Afternoon clinic: until 16:00, Dentistry until 15:30

Automatic Electronic Appointment Machine:08:00-22:00,The registration desk and clinics are closed on national holidays and Sundays.

Basic Outpatient Fees

If you do not have Taiwan National Health Insurance (NHI), you must pay the Non-NHI fee. If you have NHI, the charges indicated are your co-payment.
