Nursing Operational Teams

Observing the following guidelines for visitors will help provide a safe, convenient, and comfortable environment.

The visiting hours of general ward are 6:00 am to 10:00pm. Please do not visit patients from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Limited visiting hours especially in the Intensive Care Units (ICU) and special units.
Only 2 visitors at a time will be allowed to see the patient. In order to protect patients from infection, visitors will be required to wear a face mask and a special gown while in the ICU.
To safely keep your belongings, please do not bring valuables to the hospital. Keep money and important document with you at anytime. If you need patient care service, please contact each nursing station.
Clamor and turmoil are not allowed.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed.
To avoid fire accidents happen, electric equipment is not allowed.
We offer Self- paid bathroom kits for patients. If you don’t need those, please notify nurses.
For any certification applying, we need you to prepare patient’s ID card or passport, and then please notify nurses.
Do not use a cellular phone at the patient’s bedside because it may have an adverse effect on the medical equipment being used. However, if necessary, you could use it at a 3 meter distance from the patient. The safest way is to use your phone in the visitors’ lounge.
To avoid the spread of infection, do not bring flowers to the patients.
